A Tribute to Greatness! A Musical Tribute to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin

A Music Tribute to the Queen of Soul Hosted By WSAV’s Tina Tyus-Shaw.

Gwen Yvette, joined by amazing artists, Nia Simmons and LaTrese Bush, will honor the Queen of Soul in a musical tribute on her 80th Birthday! Time will also be taken out to honor some Legendary Queens in music and entertainment-Dr. Marlena Smalls, Mildred Daniels & Anita Singleton-Prather.As part of the show, three Queens will be honored who have had major achievements in music/arts/media and have been part of her journey. This is a celebration of love and music that is not to be missed.

A portion of the proceeds from this event with go towards the Gwen Yvette Geechee Soul Scholarship Fund.
